What sizes of offices do you currently have?
The current availability is listed on the offices page. Our offices range in size from 100
to 1,200 square feet. They are suitable for between one and twenty people.

How much does it cost?
Our lowest priced office is £250 per month.
Prices vary widely according to size. Parkway House is an excellent value for money business centre and we're almost certain to be
cheaper than any other nearby serviced offices.

How long must I commit to?
Our minimum term is 6 months. After the initial period, most licensees have a two-month rolling notice period. Licensees committing to one year or more may negotiate a small discount.

Do your prices include heating, water and electricity?
Yes. The prices include everything except for business rates and contents insurance.

Who pays the business rates?
Each licensee pays their own business rates directly to
The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Licensees are usually eligible for the "Small
Business Rate Relief Scheme". By paying rates directly, and not including them with the rent, small businesses can save 50%
- that's around £1,000 per year!

What happens with phone lines?
The wiring is already in place. Simply contact BT, or your preferred supplier, and arrange connection. You pay the bills
directly - no over-inflated call charges here. If you need switchboard capabilities we strongly recommend that you look at
BT Feature Line.

Can I have broadband
Yes. You simply add this to your telephone line, again without paying us any fees. We are located very close to the
local telephone exchange, so you usually get the full 8 megs for ADSL, or even higher with some new ADSL2+ services.

What banks and shops are around?
Barclays Bank, Nat West, Abbey and Nationwide East Sheen branches are all within a minutes walk. The local post office is 2
minutes away.
Waitrose is our local supermarket, with a wide selection of delicatessens too. Sheen has a great mix of independent
retail outlets, plus larger stores including Boots, Superdrug and Woolworths.

Are there coffee and sandwich shops nearby?
Loads! We are next to an independent cafe serving great food, fresh juices and coffee. Within a minutes walk there are
branches of Cafe Nero and Costa Coffee. There are lots of little cafes and pubs for lunch, including the excellent
Victoria (10 minutes walk).

Can I bring my own furniture?
Yes. We don't supply the furniture, so there are no quibbles about wear-and-tear, breakages or damage.

Can I get to my office 24/7?
Yes. You will be issued with a key to the front doors, the access code to your floor, details of your area's alarm system,
and your own office's door key. Access is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
There are CCTV security cameras and zoned alarms to keep our building secure. These are maintained by the building management
and are included in the rental fees.
